Purchase Assistance will be available for very-low and low income first-time home buyers wishing to purchase in the Holly Home Development located in Sanford.  This project is a joint effort between The Center for Affordable Housing and Seminole County Community Assistance.  The townhomes are located in Sanford (FL), offer 1,890 square feet of living space, new appliances, and a one car garage. 

Application for purchase assistance will be available to the public via the web and at the Community Assistance office located at 534 W.
